Humane Education

Through our humane education programs, the TriState Noah Project strives to help children develop empathy and encourage them to make choices that result in a positive impact for animals and people. We believe that by showing kindness and compassion to even the smallest of creatures, it will help formulate humane ethics.
Our lesson plans includes but is not limited to: stereotyping, the value of spaying/neutering, wildlife conservation and building shelters for stray and feral cats.

Holy Cross

Not only did the group from Holy Cross help build unique shelters for the strays, they created patriotic themed shelters for Charles, a local WWII Navy veteran, whom the TriState Noah Project assisted with spaying/neutering and feeding his strays as his health deteriorated.  Laura visited Charles everyday to help care for his strays. When Charles passed away in 2015, the TriState Noah Project fulfilled its promise and trapped and homed all of his strays.
As promised and to honor Charles, his cats were named after Navy ships-Roosevelt, Nimitz and Franklin.
